I don’t often do slot reviews since most of them are very similar to each other, except for the slot theme, symbols and bonus rules. The reason that I have decided to review It’s A Mystery because it has a unique feature that I have not seen before.

There is a guaranteed Feature meter that lets you know how likely it is that you will trigger the Bonus Feature. There is one caveat, however; you cannot change the bet level while the Feature Trigger is counting down. If you do, the counter will reset back to 150 spins.

Mystery Portrait Puzzle Bonus Feature

Hitting three or more scatters anywhere on the reels triggers the Mystery Portrait Puzzle Bonus Feature game. The bonus feature comprises of two rounds – the free spin bonus round and multiplier.

In the first round, puzzle pieces fall and locked on any selection and three shuffles commence. The number of pieces collected determines the number of free spins to be awarded. Here you can see that the Cavegirl wants the Caveman to steal the Diamond from the Saber Toothed Tiger. In order to receive this feature, you must receive 3 of the Diamond symbols on a payline like you can see above.

You will have 3 options to take the Diamond from the Saber: Sneak up and steal the diamond, Attack the Saber and take the diamond or Amuse the Saber and make him laugh the Diamond to you. Any way you choose, you will take the Diamond from the Saber. A prize you receive will be randomly be given to each of these choices and sometimes you will receive much more than other times.

Finally, you can also trigger the Saber Attacks feature. This one is a little different than any other slot I’ve seen. You can receive an Acorn symbol on the 5th reel (last on the right).

The Bee will come by and take the Acorn from the reels. The bee will take the acorn to the top left side of the screen. You will need to collect 3 Acorns before the feature will be triggered.

The Caveman will get up on top of the reels as the Saber stalks the ground below. You will have to click the screen to have the Caveman throw the Acorn. Wait until the Saber is near the center when you click. Once you knock the Saber out, you will receive a prize.
